MMMMMMM...Yummy Mexican Chicken

So sometime this week I am going to make Mexican Chicken. I'm not a fan of cooking at all just because I'm not the best cook around. Trust me! However I do plan on learning how to cook more things. I got this recipe from a certain someone whom we don't speak of anymore but she taught me how to make it and it's so easy to do! And absolutely yummy...so I thought I would share this recipe with everyone. I highly recommend trying it. :)

Ingredients:
1 cooked chicken,deboned (I used 2 chickens)
1/2 can chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can ro-tel
1 medium bell pepper, chopped (I use 1 red and 1 green bell pepper)
1 large onion, chopped
1 Jalapeno pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. garlic
2 cups grated cheese (save 1/2 cup for top)
1 large bag of doritos
2 Tbsp. butter

Directions:
Saute onion and pepper in butter. Mix all ingredients in one large bowl. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cok longer if casserole has been refrigerated. Sprinkle 1/2 cup grated cheese on top and put back in oven for 5 minutes.

And Voila you've got a yummy Mexican Chicken dinner. I love putting sour cream on top for more flavoring. Enjoy!!!!
